Varsity Women's Head Coach
Coach Schaefer is entering his first year as the Head Varsity Women's Coach at Lanier High School. Previously, he spent five years as the Men's Coach where he lead them to four state playoff appearances, A Region championship in 2016 along with winning Region Coach of the Year that same year.
He is a graduate of Oglethorpe University where he played soccer for four years and Holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and also has a Master’s in Elementary Education from Piedmont College and an E.D.S. in Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University. He currently is a math specialist teacher at McKendree Elementary.
He is married to his wife Lori, and they have two wonderful children,Rebecca (16) and Jacob (10). In his spare time, Coach Schaefer enjoys spending time with his family and cycling.
Coach Crumley is in his first season as the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Lanier High school. He is a Graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Education. He previously was the Head Coach at East Jackson Comprehensive for 2 yrs where they made the state playoffs in 2016 and 2017 earning the programs first playoff win in school history on the way to a sweet sixteen appearance.
Away from the field he spends his time with his Fiancee Heather and his Son Hudson.
Varsity Men's Head Coach
Coach Carlyle is entering her first year coaching high school soccer. She recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Science Education and a BS in Biology. She played club soccer all throughout middle
and high school, played on the varsity team in high school, and played on intramural and adult league teams while attending UGA. She also coached and volunteered with youth teams at Athens United throughout college. Coach
Carlyle enjoys spending time with her husband, cheering on the DAWGS, and running.

Coach Brannen is entering his first year coaching high school soccer. He is a graduate of Berry College with a dual degree in history and upper grades education. He has several years experience playing soccer including three years at Lanier High School as a student where he was team captain his senior year. Brannen is teaching world history at Lanier and also coaching football and wrestling.
Coach Kennedy is returning for the second year as the assistant women's coach at Lanier High School. Last year, she enjoyed coaching JV girls' with a 8-5 season that scored over 56 goals. Prior, she had been a boys' coach
for Atlanta Fire United's recreational program for ten years coaching both indoor and outdoor seasons.
She is a graduate from Georgia State with an Early Childhood Education degree where she also played club soccer. She holds a Master's from Piedmont College and is currently a fifth grade teacher at McKendree
Coach Kennedy continues to enjoy several sports with her husband Ed and her
two boys. Joseph (19) is a sophomore at the University of North Georgia, and Thomas (16) is a Varsity Cross Country runner for Peachtree Ridge
